Questions about paying
Is this a subscription?
No. You pay once and get a set number of file credits. They never expire, and there’s nothing to cancel.
What counts as one file?
One .pub file, however many pages it has. A 12-page newsletter is one credit. Getting both PDF and Word for it is still one credit.
What if a file doesn’t convert?
Files we can’t open don’t use a credit. If a file converts badly, tell us and we’ll refund that credit.
Can my church or school get an invoice?
Yes. Every payment comes with a receipt you can download from your account, and we can issue an invoice with your organisation’s name — use the Talk to us form.
